This role will be accountable for project assistance and will work closely with the HRIS group and end users to research and analyze employee data and ongoing internal user inquiries. **How You'll Create Impact**: - Consult with members of HR and business to evaluate their HRIS needs and provide solutions. - Assist in ensuring process integration across the breadth of HR functional activities. - Test and approve system configuration changes for area of responsibility. - Support reporting and analytics activities by writing complex queries and leveraging on the available reporting tools. - Acts as change management champion for systems and processes. - Documents policies, FDA validation, SOX controls, user manuals, and other training materials in the appropriate documentation system. - Ensures proper training and documentation prior to system and process are rollout into production. - Evaluate use of HRIS system to meet changing business requirements and continually monitor information needs. - Acts as a HRIS Subject Matter Expert / Power User to the HR. - Manage multiple projects at once, while demonstrating a sense of urgency. - Assist on creating and submitting business cases, RFPs and budgets for assigned HRIS projects. - Follows project management processes and methodologies to ensure HRIS projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to quality standards, and meet client expectations. - Responsible for project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet customer needs. - Regularly creates and distributes project status documents to team, stake holders and upper management. - This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and may not necessarily comprise all of the "essential functions" for purposes of the ADA._ **What Makes You Stand Out**: - Knowledge of core HR processes. - Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to communicate issues and resolutions and provide the appropriate level of support. - Should have a proven track record of maintaining confidentiality. - Ability to multi-task, meet strict deadlines, solve problems, and work under pressure. - Ability to communicate with all audiences on a global basis. - Strong attention to detail and excellent analytic skills. - Must possess project management skills. - Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. **Your Background**: - B.A. or B.S. in Human Resources and/or MIS plus a minimum of 5 years Human Resources/Finance related experience, project management, with broad exposure to HR and business processes, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Technical experience must include the creation and manipulation of data from an HR System, MS Excel (pivot tables), MS Word, and other business software to prepare reports, summaries, and analyses. - Foreign language skills desirable. - PMI certification desirable. **Travel Expectations**: Up to 10% EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
