About the Role As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing essential support to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and ensuring that our business projects run smoothly. - Managing the CEO's daily schedule (including appointments, meetings, and priorities) - Keeping the CEO's environment organized to ensure seamless productivity - Facilitating communication between the CEO, team members, and external partners - Driving projects to completion (including overseeing timelines, deliverables, and execution) while ensuring timely deadlines are met The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality results and genuinely cares about improving the lives of animals through natural, holistic health products. Key Requirements: - Prior experience in project management, executive assistance, or team leadership - Experience working with e-commerce platforms (including Shopify, Amazon FBA, Walmart, eBay, Etsy stores) - Experience using project management tools (including Slack or ClickUp) - Digital marketing or pet health industry experience You should demonstrate great attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent organizational skills to maintain a smooth workflow.
