Join us in advancing our mission to extend lives and expand possibilities. What you'll be doing: Operations Management Support the Global Category Manager to ensure the strategy's execution. Deliver savings in line with targets. Advance category analysis through data collection, cleaning, organization, and control. Manage the spending of assigned categories through analysis to identify and implement savings projects and sourcing strategies. Execute contracts with strategic/critical suppliers in collaboration with stakeholders and the Legal team to ensure business continuity, while mitigating commercial, quality, and supply risks. Generate market intelligence on competitors to identify new business opportunities with strategic suppliers that provide economic and performance benefits. Lead RFIs/RFPs and contract negotiations for your category. Contribute to and lead local projects according to Category Management strategies. Report on status, savings, performance, and risks related to sourcing activities. Stay informed on industry trends and market developments related to your categories. Benchmark against other industries and best practices. Maintain close communication with procurement colleagues and category managers at local, regional, and global levels. Manage SRM programs with suppliers within your scope. Develop strong, ethical relationships with suppliers, ensuring all activities comply with good negotiation practices, the company's code of conduct, and quality standards. Ensure adherence to procurement policies, processes, and compliance standards, and define corrective actions for non-compliance. Stakeholder Management Develop strong partnerships with internal customers and foster two-way supportive relationships. Present procurement strategies for review and input, and follow up on business review meetings. Qualifications and Experience: 3 to 5+ years of experience in procurement or related fields. Solid knowledge of sourcing strategies for indirect categories, preferably in Professional Services, IT, or HR Services. Desirable knowledge of negotiations, contracts, and regulations in the health sector. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools/systems such as JDE, COUPA, SAP. Advanced skills in data analysis tools like Excel, Power BI, Think Cell. Proficiency in Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of procurement best practices and processes. Results-oriented with strong project management skills. Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills. Leadership qualities, teamwork, and effective communication skills. Ability to manage ambiguity, adapt to new environments, and drive change. Creative and innovative thinking for process improvement.
