As an Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data and providing logistics information to aid cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions. **Some of your responsibilities will be**: - Track and trace the loads. - Confirm the pick up and delivery date. - Send a report with all pick ups and delivery information. - Call the delivery site and schedule the delivery according to the logistic already made. - Data entry. **Requirements**: **What would help you succeed**: - Studies: High School Degree, university student or desirable Bachelor's degree in International Business, Business Administration, or Logistics related. - Language: B2+ or C1 English proficiency. Be able to have fluent communication both written and verbally. This person will be working directly with customers. - Desirable experience in customer service. **Perks**: - The schedule would be from Monday to Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (We work by the American calendar) - On site at WeWork Av.
