Position Overview: As a Master Front End Developer, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable React-based frontend architectures. Your expertise will be crucial in defining best practices and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations. With your knowledge of modern frontend technologies, you will also play a key role in mentoring junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and implement scalable React-based frontend architectures. 2. Define best practices for component design, state management, performance optimization, and security. 3. Collaborate with backend engineers to develop efficient APIs and microservices-based integrations. 4. Evaluate and adopt modern frontend technologies to enhance project outcomes. 5. Mentor Mid and Junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices. 6. Maintain and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
