About the Role - As a HC Analyst (Recruiting), you will be responsible for recruiting positions in the USA and COL and providing support for HR processes in both the USA and COL. Responsibilities Managing the full recruitment cycle for positions in the USA and COL, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring documents preparation and drafting. Assisting in onboarding new hires, new hire orientation, and keeping up to date in HR/Acento systems. Maintain and organize employee files, ensuring they are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with Acento policies. Managing HR dashboards and reporting HR KPIs. Support HR team in innovation and improvement HR processes and procedures. Support HR team in compliance administrative tasks. Provide general administrative support for HR initiatives and processes. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology is preferred but not required. 2-3 years of proven experience as a recruiter is required. English proficiency is a must. Proficiency in basic Excel functions. Required Skills Experience in the USA labor market is a plus. Tech-savvy with experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other HR tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in both Spanish and English. Ability to prioritize, work under limited supervision, and resolve problems efficiently. Understanding of HR KPIs and reporting. Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
