As a** Virtual Assistant Coordinator**, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations. **Responsibilities**: - Provide general administrative support to the Bedrock Homes team - Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars - Coordinate and manage communication with clients and team members - Maintain and update project documentation and records - Perform data entry tasks and manage project-related information - Prepare reports and assist in the creation of project-related materials - Track and manage incoming sales leads to ensure timely follow-up - Assist with social media management and marketing tasks - Perform other duties as assigned to support the team **Qualifications & Experience**: - Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently - Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools - Familiarity with construction-related terminology or experience in the industry is a plus - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Positive attitude and willingness to learn - Knowledge of BuilderTrend or other construction software is a plus - Must be willing to work within the Georgia time zone **Compensation & Benefits**: - Competitive salary at $7 to $9 per hour, based on experience. - Paid time off and holidays. - Professional development opportunities. - A collaborative, fast-paced, and rewarding work environment. - Growth opportunities within the company. - Bedrock Homes is an equal opportunity employer.
