This role focuses on client retention and satisfaction, which involves close collaboration with internal teams, proactive communication, and consistent analysis of campaign performance. **Key Responsibilities** - **Client Relationship Management**: - Build and nurture strong client relationships by actively listening to needs and communicating regularly. - Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring quick resolution to requests or issues. - Coordinate and lead regular check-in calls, meetings, and strategy reviews. - **Project Coordination & Communication**: - Work hand-in-hand with project managers and production teams to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule. - Take comprehensive meeting notes, document action items, and follow up with both clients and team members on deliverables. - Prepare and present reports showcasing campaign performance and opportunities for improvement. - **Client Retention & Satisfaction**: - Track and measure client satisfaction, anticipating potential challenges and proactively addressing them. - Develop retention strategies to foster loyalty, including personalized follow-ups and celebration of client milestones. - Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of agency processes. - **Performance Analysis & Recommendations**: - Analyze data from platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media to gauge campaign effectiveness. - Provide strategic, data-driven insights to enhance marketing performance and ROI. - Keep up with industry trends to continuously refine and improve client strategies. **Qualifications** - **Education & Experience**: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred, not mandatory). - Minimum of 2 years in Account Management, Client Success, or related roles within a marketing/advertising agency. - **Skills & Competencies**: - **Communication**: Strong written/verbal skills with the ability to simplify complex information. - **Organizational**: Adept at managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously. - **Analytical**: Comfortable interpreting data and presenting actionable insights to clients. - **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with Google Suite, Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, and project management tools. - **Customer-Centric**: Demonstrates empathy, responsiveness, and genuine dedication to client success. **Why Join Us?** - **Collaborative Environment**: Work with a supportive and innovative team committed to collective growth. - **Professional Development**: Expand your marketing and account management expertise with potential for career advancement. - **Flexible Work Setup**: Accommodations for U.S. business hours, potential remote or hybrid opportunities (depending on location). - **Impactful Role**: Play a key part in driving meaningful results and lasting relationships for diverse clients. **How to Apply** **Remember**: Applications **must** be submitted via our form to be considered.
