About the position We're looking for an Investor Advisor responsible for developing new relationships with investors and funds, while also strengthening existing relationships in the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate should have between 1-3 years of experience in sales, transactions, and revenue generation. Key Responsibilities Prospect for buyer leads, convert leads to contracts, and close transactions. Provide high-level advice to investors/funds regarding real estate needs. Identify, contact, and obtain appointments with buyers, maintaining consistent follow-up until the deal closes. Evaluate feedback and reevaluate pricing as needed. Negotiate effectively with sellers and buyers. Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service from initial contact through contract to close. Requirements 1-3+ years of experience in the real estate industry and sales. Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with investors and funds. Proven negotiation and deal-closing skills. Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, business, marketing, or related fields (preferred). Additional certifications in investor relations, sales, or real estate are a plus. Proficiency in CRM software (ZOHO is a plus) and Gsuite apps. Benefits Long-term growth opportunities.
