The **Senior Project Manager **is responsible for establishing and managing the Project Management area, with the objective of ensuring all projects are delivered using a “best-practice” approach and are released within the agreed scope, time, cost, and quality. **Responsibilities**: - Define the Project Implementation strategy and lead the design and implementation of a common project management methodology, standards, and tools to drive and facilitate the successful delivery of projects. - Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. - Ensure resource availability and allocation. - Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. - Manage the relationship with clients and all stakeholders. - Perform risk management to minimize project risks. - Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. **Requirements**: - Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like SCRUM and Kanban. - 5+ years of Agile SCRUM experience building digital products. - 4+ years of experience in leading multiple scrum teams. - 4+ years of leading 4 - 6 SCRUM Masters. - Must have extensive experience in leading distributed/Offshore and global teams. - Conduct scoping and sprint planning exercises. - Manage distributed agile teams. - Must have exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills. - Experience in organizing product discovery techniques like story mapping is a plus. - Expertise within payment products and the local regulatory environment. **Qualifications and Education Requirements**: - Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or Master’s - Years of Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience. - Other knowledge: Scrum, People Management, Understanding the Customer, Product Development, Requirements Analysis, Pricing, Planning, Competitive Analysis, Financial Planning, and Strategy.
