Job Title We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to be a key leader in our sales engine. This individual will take ownership of re-engaging warm leads, optimizing our nurturing strategy, and mentoring fellow team members. Key Responsibilities - Warm Lead Nurturing & Re-Engagement: Execute sophisticated, multi-channel outreach strategies focused on re-engaging warm leads (e.g., past demo requests, stalled deals, previously interested prospects) to consistently generate a high-quality pipeline of opportunities. - Expert-Level Qualification: Go beyond the script to conduct in-depth qualification, referencing past interactions to ensure re-engaged prospects align perfectly with our ideal customer profile and possess renewed, genuine intent. - Mentorship & Team Leadership: Serve as a mentor and guide for other SDRs, sharing best practices for warm lead nurturing, offering constructive feedback, and setting a positive example to enhance the entire team's performance. - Process Optimization & Playbook Development: Proactively identify and lead projects to improve the warm lead nurturing process. Develop, refine, and document playbooks and outreach sequences specifically for re-engagement. - Deal Support & Acceleration: Serve as a strategic partner to Account Executives, assisting with follow-up on key re-engaged deals and providing insights to help accelerate the sales cycle. - Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze campaign performance and outreach data to identify trends in lead re-engagement, provide strategic recommendations, and continually improve conversion rates from the existing database.
