If you are a** Senior DevOps Consultant**, motivated by thinking outside the box and constantly learning, this offer is for you. **What are we looking for?** **Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - 3 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps role, with a focus on continuous integration, continuous delivery, infrastructure automation, and cloud security. - Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD). - Familiarity and experience with containerization and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Professional experience with OpenShift - Knowledge of cloud platforms and related services, including security best practices (plus) - Carry out improvement tasks in the execution and functionality of the current Jenkins pipelines as well as the maintenance and improvement of the current Openshift Platform. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. **What will you do?** - Develop and implement a strategic vision for the DevOps deployment, aligning with company goals and objectives. - Establish and maintain best practices for continuous integration, continuous delivery, infrastructure as code, and other DevOps methodologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, QA, and product management to ensure seamless deployment and operation of our SaaS solutions. - Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring the highest levels of reliability, availability, and security. - Drive the adoption of new technologies, tools, and techniques to improve our DevOps capabilities and enhance cloud security. - Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the DevOps team, cloud security efforts (plus), and identify areas for improvement. **Offer details**: - Contract: full-time position / Contractor - Hybrid position (ideally Medellin) - Excellent compensation — well above the market average - Diverse and multicultural work environment.
