Business Development Representative This is a 100% remote contract role for a Business Development Representative (BDR) focused on outbound sales outreach (cold email, phone, and LinkedIn) to U.S.-based decision-makers. Qualifications 3 – 6+ years of outbound sales experience, ideally selling marketing services to U.S. clients Fluent English (C2 level), written and spoken Proven track record of prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals Strong research skills to build lead lists and find decision-makers Comfortable with cold outreach: phone, email, and LinkedIn Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven Strong interpersonal and communication skills Job Requirements Build and execute outbound sales strategies across phone, email, and LinkedIn Research companies, identify decision-makers, and create custom outreach Qualify leads and convert them into opportunities Run discovery calls and lead clients through the sales funnel Close deals and assist in hand-off to account team Track outreach activity, KPIs, and performance metrics Develop and improve outreach processes over time Report weekly progress and collaborate with internal teams Perks & Growth Opportunities 100% remote position Flexible schedule during U.S. business hours High earning potential via commissions Opportunity to grow into senior sales or account roles Join a collaborative, high-performance team Tools LinkedIn Sales Navigator CRM system (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Email outreach and automation tools (e.g., Apollo, Mailshake) Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) Zoom or similar for client calls Compensation Base Pay: $1,200–$1,800 USD/month (depending on experience and hours) Commission: Earn performance-based commissions on each client deal closed On-Target Earnings: $2,500–$4,000+ USD/month for strong performers A Bit About Kovah Kovah is a full-service digital marketing agency based in Seattle, WA.
