As a Presales Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting our sales efforts by providing technical expertise to customers and partners. In addition to sales support, you will play a crucial role in conducting training sessions and workshops to educate customers and internal stakeholders on TP-Link products and technologies. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary technical resource for the sales team, providing pre-sales support and technical guidance to customers. Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept exercises to showcase TP-Link networking solutions. Collaborate with sales managers to develop strategic sales plans and proposals that align with customer needs and business objectives. Assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate networking solutions based on technical feasibility and product capabilities. Provide training and technical workshops to customers, channel partners, and internal sales teams to enhance product knowledge and promote effective use of TP-Link products. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and seminars to promote TP-Link solutions and build relationships with key stakeholders. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide relevant insights and recommendations. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications or related technical field. Proven experience in a presales engineering or technical sales support role within the networking or telecommunications industry. Strong technical proficiency with networking protocols, technologies, and products. Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops is highly desirable. Advanced English level. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with TP-Link or similar networking products and solutions. Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP or equivalent networking certifications. Ability to travel occasionally for customer meetings, training sessions, and industry events.
