Business Education/Digital Trainer in LATAM Our client is a global company that aims to empower people through digital education, bringing the best and latest marketing innovations to customers and partners worldwide. They work with teams across the organization, Agencies, Marketing Partners, and businesses of all sizes to deliver training and education solutions. The team focuses on developing and deploying in-person and online training programs to leverage the client's family of apps and services. The role involves working closely with the LATAM Business Education training team to design and deliver instructor-led training (virtual and in-person) across the region, focusing on educating agencies, partners, and advertisers on using the client's platforms and tools effectively in media planning and buying processes. Responsibilities include: - Activating and delivering virtual and in-person trainings to diverse audiences, from beginners to advanced level, focusing on the client's Branding & Performance Marketing solutions in Colombia and other markets. - Maintaining a strong base of knowledge about the company's solutions and acting as a training resource within sessions to deliver education to external stakeholders. - Ensuring consistent, up-to-date, and aligned training materials with larger training goals and initiatives within the global team. - Supporting cross-functional partners on training and education initiatives and aligning to the goals of the global team. - Translating and reviewing education content in Spanish as needed. - Suggesting new courses or program additions to the current training curriculum to reflect market needs. - Researching relevant training opportunities in the market. - Collaborating with Business Education Training teams and communicating transparently with cross-functional teams on training schedules.
