**Information Technology**: **Remote | Columbia, MD** **About the job**: The Senior Platform Architect is a unique hybrid of business and technical consultant with the ability to operate as a digital tech lead focusing on the **Braze Marketing Platform**. Reporting to the Platform Director, you will create functional solutions supporting solution architectures for platforms ensuring all relevant options are explored for time, cost and compliance to our standards whilst meeting the business' requirements. You will oversee the delivery of the vertical and guide it through the relevant governance. **Responsibilities**: - You will gather business, marketing, and technical requirements to create a comprehensive and scalable solution. - You will resolve problems including client data feed issues. - You will stay up to date with industry technology innovations, new business practices, and third-party technology solutions. - You will improve internal systems based on recurring client requests or evolving industry standards. - You will be a consultant and technical expert on the Braze platform to serve clients' needs. - You will bridge business and technical requirements to provide a cohesive, seamless solution to grow and perform. - You will lead technology discussions with clients. - You will develop project scoping and estimating guidelines for designated Solution Platform. - You will develop and share best practices for designated Solution Platform. **Qualifications**: - 3+ years of architecture experience with the Braze platform - Previous consulting experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience **Additional Information**: LI-RL1 #LI-remote **About dentsu** We are champions for meaningful progress and we strive to be a force for good—for our people, for our clients, for the industry and for our society.
