Find out more about our mission to bring health in your hands at About the job: - The US Core Commercial Finance Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer-level financial reporting. This position is responsible for calculating, tracking, and booking gross-to-net (GTN) provisions, maintaining accurate customer P&Ls;, and supporting month-end close activities. The analyst will also drive improvements in customer profitability analysis by developing new reporting approaches and ensuring data consistency across systems. This role supports the broader Finance and Commercial teams with actionable insights that enhance decision-making and financial performance. Main responsibilities: - Calculate, track, and maintain gross-to-net (GTN) provisions for all relevant customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the month. - Ensure timely and accurate month-end close activities, including booking of GTN provisions and reconciliation of related accounts. - Maintain and validate customer P&Ls;, ensuring alignment with accounting standards and internal reporting requirements, as well as maintaining master data that enriches ERP data for meaningful reporting. - First level analysis of customer profitability, providing preliminary insights to support commercial decision-making and strategic planning. - Support forecasting exercises, consolidating inputs and simulating different customer P&L; scenarios, as well as correctly submitting data in company systems. - Develop and enhance reporting tools and templates to improve visibility into customer-level financial performance, in partner with data & analytics team. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Finance, RGM) to ensure alignment on assumptions, accruals, and reporting methodologies. - Support internal and external audits by providing documentation, reconciliations, and explanations related to GTN and customer P&Ls.; - Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in GTN tracking and customer profitability reporting. - Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies, maintaining proper documentation and audit trails. KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS - Business Analysis & Controlling COE - North America Financial Performance team - Commercial organization - Customer-Invoice-to-Cash and Account-to-Report teams About you: - Experience: - 4-5 years of experience in financial analysis, commercial finance or accounting, preferably in the consumer goods industry - Solid understanding of gross-to-net concepts, accrual accounting, and customer-level profitability analysis. - Experience with programing (e.g., Python), developing PowerBI reports and basic relational database skills (e.g., MS Access) is a plus - Familiarity with AI tools (Copilot, Claude) and usage to optimize and automatize processes. - Skills: - Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling. - Experience with SAP systems and financial reporting tools (e.g., TM1, Anaplan, or similar). - Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Account, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus. - Languages: English fluency is a must.
