We are currently searching for an entrepreneurial, highly motivated, results-focused sales professional to work as a Pharmaceutical Sales Rep in this territory. In this role, you will deliver sales results to support our pharmaceutical and healthcare products. This position reports to a Sales Manager. The successful Pharmaceutical Sales Rep will have a direct impact on executing our brand’s growth strategy and embodying our core values: keeping the patient at the center, collaboration, relentless pursuit of excellence, and trust in all we do. Pharmaceutical Sales Rep Job Summary: This position is a key member of our Commercial Sales team, responsible for delivering sales results across our products and services. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Executing our brand and sales strategies to demonstrate product value to key customers. Implementing team-established business and account plans to increase brand usage within key accounts. Collaborating with matrix team members to improve territory performance and elevate brand value. Utilizing internal systems for call planning and recording call activities. Identifying opportunities to improve organizational efficiency and processes to positively impact results. Required Skills and Qualifications: A college degree is preferred; otherwise, demonstrated sales abilities are required. Ability to develop strategic, long-term relationships with customers to help patients and achieve business goals. Proven sales track record and commitment to performance excellence. Strong alignment with our values: patient-centered, collaboration, pursuit of excellence, and trust. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Completion of pharmaceutical sales education or training. Strong business acumen and market understanding.
