About the role: The Funding expert is responsible forfunding operations. You will promote excellence and meet internalSLA’s which will ultimately improve the quality of service weprovide to our clients and increase client satisfaction, retentionand activity. You will actively work with regional offices acrossthe business to resolve funding issues and suggest innovativesolutions to help improve the client funding journey. KeyResponsibilities: 1. Validate and execute transactions (deposits,withdrawals, transfers) via CRM and manual processing when needed.2. Monitor deposits, prevent fraud, and handle chargeback disputes.3. Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies by coordinatingwith banks, processors, and PSPs. 4. Report large transactions toCompliance and Dealing while escalating funding issues asnecessary. 5. Follow up on pending funding cases and inquiriesthrough company communication channels. 6. Support internal teamsby clarifying client funding issues and assisting with ad-hoc tasksas required. Experience and Qualifications: 1. University degreerequired. Finance or a related field (Preferred). 2. 1 yearindustry experience in a similar role (Preferred). 3. Previousexperience with payment service providers (PSP) such as Praxis& Bridgerpay would be desirable. 4. English level B2 or higher. Person Specifications: 1. Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills in English. 2. Ability to prioritize, workunder pressure and within tight deadlines. 3. Ability to work to ahigh degree of accuracy. 4. Ability to evaluate issues from aregulatory perspective with a practical, business-oriented,common-sense approach to complex problem solving.
