The Sales Coordinator GT plays a key role in the sales team, supporting Sales Managers and Project Managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Main Responsibilities: Generate and process sales quotes and orders. Coordinate order shipments with warehouses. Issue and process purchase orders for non-stock items. Verify commercial agreements and applicable tax certificates. Collect and organize project documentation. Assist with technical submittals and certifications. Handle customer inquiries regarding orders. Maintain and update job progress reports. Ensure continuous communication with customers and stakeholders. Monitor and ensure order delivery meets customer expectations. Maintain accurate records in the ERP system. Generate invoices and process credits as needed. Generate reports and assist in financial project closure. Support documentation of Standard Operating Procedures. Requirements: Associate degree or equivalent experience (3 to 5 years in similar roles). Experience in construction project coordination or contract management. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Sales and customer service experience. ERP system knowledge (Navision is a plus). Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Problem-solving ability and multitasking skills. Effective oral and written communication. Financial calculation skills and understanding of multiple currencies.
