Responsibilities Efficiently handle a large number of outbound calls to warm leads; Proactively provide in-depth details about our electric bikes, arrange appointments and deliveries; Address customer concerns and objections diligently, ensuring their satisfaction; Use selling techniques to turn potential customers into our clients. Fluent knowledge of English and Spanish, level C1-C2, you will be communicating with native speakers on a daily basis; 1 + years of experience in sales or support role; High-speed internet connection; Availability to work on the New York time zone schedule (9 am - 6 pm New York Time); Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
