As an Account Coordinator , you will play a key role in supporting our U.S. operations by ensuring accurate tracking, communication, and data management for our customers. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role ideal for someone highly organized, tech-savvy, and fluent in English. Position: Account Coordinator (Medellín Office) Location: Medellín, Colombia (On-site only) Position Type: Full-time Salary: 2,850,000 COP/month Key Responsibilities: Manually track freight activity and provide real-time updates to customers. Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients via phone and email. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records through data entry. Support the Assets Department and operations team with day-to-day operational tasks. Prioritize and resolve issues as they arise to ensure smooth logistics operations. Qualifications: Fluent in English (both written and verbal). Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work well under pressure in a high-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and proactive in problem-solving. Previous experience in customer service or logistics is a plus. Work Schedule (Colombian Local Time): Monday to Friday: 6:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. This is an in-office position based in Medellín.
