High end design firm located in the US currently searchign to fill a remote IT assistant position. **Responsabilities include but not limited to**: - Assisting users using remote control software with IT support requests. - Assisting in the daily operations of the business such as running reports. - Working with excel and macros to organize high amounts of data. - Presenting detailed reshearch projects (current trends, new types of hardware/software, internal reasearch projects such as PC and hardware inventory). - Coordinating, keeping track and coordinating contractors around 4 different states to ensure timely service to our on-site issues. **Requirements**: - Fully capable of supporting users in the English language, technical and non technical in a **Windows** environment. - Prior experience in a Tier 1 IT support role with references. - A quiet space to work undisturbed at your own home with a stable internet connection. - Good communications skills. **Details about the position**: You will be assisting in the IT department of a company that has offices in NY, FL, CA and MA in the United States. Your day to day work will be mostly answering anywhere bteween 5-10 support calls and the rest of your day will be focused on research and organization projects (such as cleaning out of files from a file server and such). **Financial Details**: - Salary range is from $5 USD to $7 USD per hour - Payment for your services will be done via wiretransfer to your Colombian bank account - We will cover the wire fees if any - You will be resposible for coordinating with your bank to send us the required information for your payments. - You will need to submit your invoice with the hours/days worked every other monday for payment **How do I get ahead?** Personality is your #1 tool for this job, you will need to attend the needs of less technical people and showing us either in your resume or a cover letter on why you would be good for this role will be great.
