We are lookingfor a Corporate Travel Agent to join our Business Administrationteam. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects ofinbound and outbound travel planning for employees and clients,visa cases, and expatriate and relocation management. What You WillDo: 1. Research, arrange, and coordinate travel, transportation,lodging, medical insurance, meals, car rental, and other ancillaryneeds according to requirements and budget to ensure safe andefficient travel operations. 2. Provide first-level support tomanagers on Global Mobility travel policies, processes, andoperations. 3. Maintain knowledge of travel methods andrequirements, as well as government rules and regulations invarious destinations, such as passport and visa laws and tariffs.4. Lead the execution of the visa strategy. 5. Conduct research,negotiate, and manage corporate agreements with tour operators,airlines, lodging (hotels and housing), transportation companies,and insurance companies. 6. Prepare cost projections andsubmit/reconcile expense reports. 7. Conduct a review of existingmobility policies, local regulations, and market best practices,develop recommendations for improvements; and manage overall policyadministration. 8. Serve as a general resource and point of contactfor travel-related issues; assist employees with travel-relatedquestions or concerns. Here's what we're looking for: 1. Abachelor's or master's degree in tourism, business administration,industrial engineering, or international relations. 2. 3+ years ofexperience in a similar travel-related position. 3. Knowledge ofthe Microsoft Suite (Office, Excel). 4. Advanced level of English. Desirable: 1. Previous work experience in a similar position in asoftware development outsourcing company. 2. Knowledge andexperience of Argentine and US immigration laws. 3. Intermediate oradvanced command of the Portuguese and/or Spanish languages.
