General Description: We are seeking a Senior UX Researcher with experience working in multicultural teams and fluency in English and Spanish. This is a temporary, 3-month contractor position within the CI&T team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in user research and data analytics, with the ability to connect insights to strategic decisions. You will identify user needs through research, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product alignment with user needs and business goals, and conduct usability studies. Responsibilities: Conduct qualitative research methods (e.g., user interviews, usability testing) to gather insights on user behaviors and preferences. Utilize quantitative research methods (e.g., surveys, analytics data) to analyze user interactions and trends, translating findings into actionable strategies. Present research findings and strategic recommendations to stakeholders clearly and effectively. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to incorporate user insights into product strategies and roadmaps. Develop journey maps and experience frameworks to guide team efforts. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and UX research. Promote a user-centered culture by communicating research findings effectively. Requirements: Extensive experience in relevant industry projects, guiding clients, teams, and projects. Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related fields. Fluent Spanish and advanced English proficiency. Proficiency in testing tools (e.g., Maze) and repository tools (e.g., Notion). Strong skills in creating impactful, structured presentations with good storytelling. Desired Skills: Living or having lived in Mexico is a plus. Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. Experience with data analysis and collaboration with data teams. Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch). Strong project management skills in UX Research, capable of leading multiple initiatives. Effective communication of research results. Proficiency in all research-related tasks: planning, evaluation, and iteration. Ability to collaborate effectively and act as a strategic partner. Experience with remote testing tools.
