Occupy a unique position in the market, Responsible for helping with budgeting, monitoring and cost control of compensation and non-compensation (vendor) expenses as well as financial reporting for all IT cost centers. Maintain up-to-date understanding and knowledge of vendor relationships, employee headcount and financial modeling tools and techniques. Oversees and manages staff of financial, data, and/or business analysts. - Help manage the projection and modeling of the IT Budget and reporting of actual cost to IT leadership - Ensure tracking of exceptions to budget at a detailed level - Manage head count requisitions tracking to ensure targeted hiring within budget constraints - Design, develop, and implement tools to analyze drivers and trends in financial performance in the overall IT universe - Manage reporting generation regarding vendor time tracking, vendor billing and vendor payment and other key related attributes - Serve as a collaborative partner with senior leadership in Accounting and FP&A; to monitor, control and report to Executive management on the cost of the IT Division - Evaluate and analyze models and contribute to the development of new models - Perform other related duties as required and assigned - Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values **Why do we need your skills?** - +3 years experience - Familiarity and background in IT expenditures and costs - Excellent quantitative and reasoning skills - Must be highly proficient in Tableau, Google sheets, Excel and Word - Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently - Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment - Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgment - Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred - Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management - Knowledge of AWS invoicing and savings plans a plus
