Role Description: The Digital Academy accelerates the learning journey of digital roles across the entire customer value journey to help drive growth in the cloud through high-volume and high-velocity customer engagements, together with partners. As part of the PMO team, this role is responsible for all program management and operational aspects of the Digital Academy, in close alignment with the broader Academy organization. Position Title: Global Program Coordinator for Digital Academy - Early Career Talent Duration: Temporary up to 2 years Expectations and Tasks: Drive accountability for smooth end-to-end process execution during all phases of the Digital Academy experience (pre, during, and post activities). Analyze existing processes, define improvements, develop new processes, and champion their usage. Manage expectations, timelines, stakeholders, communication, and risks for effective decision-making and project/program success. Explore and adopt new digital tools used in the digital hub to innovate within the Digital Academy program. Analyze and interpret data to understand business performance, create reports, and communicate trends effectively to stakeholders. Enable Faculty to leverage, adopt, and adhere to defined Service Level Agreements and tools such as Airtable, Mural, Canva, and Canvas. Contribute to team spirit by sharing successes, learnings, and best practices beyond internal borders or silos. Understand basic sales and demand generation processes. Work Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience, preferably in project management and sales support; must not exceed 2 years of experience. Experience in operations-related fields is advantageous. Fluent in English (verbal and written). University degree required. Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills with strong empathy to motivate and influence. Effective presentation skills in formal and informal settings. Detail-oriented and thorough in task execution. Proficient in MS Office and adaptable to new tools and technologies. Global cultural awareness and respect for diversity. Team-oriented with the ability to build relationships and motivate teams. Strong problem-solving skills to deliver projects on scope, time, and quality. Ability to operate effectively in a complex matrix environment. Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement.
