Title: Associate (AFR) Location: GSC BOG Supporting logistics operations, end-to-end PO management, claims management, pre-alert management, virtual invoicing processes, carrier management, reporting, and proactive monitoring. Key Responsibilities - Proactive monitoring for different lanes negotiated with the final customer. - Analysis of pending information and late shipments with respective action plans. - Backup of all reports performed for the account. - Registering costs in CW. - Support and knowledge in logistics operations through proactive management and monitoring. Skills / Requirements - Professionals/students in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or similar fields. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills & business skills in English and Spanish. - Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools. - Customer service and communication skills. - Ability to work in a team and independently. #J-18808-Ljbffr
