Responsibilities will include a broad range of operational and administrative tasks such as: - Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives. - Plan and monitor the development of different strategies for PIP (Performance Improvement Processes). - Provide counseling on policies and procedures to stakeholders. - Lead the performance management process, monitor performance improvements, and evaluate the effectiveness of programs to support continual process improvement. - Develops and implements processes and procedures, maintains records, and tracks outcomes. - Team member feedback process management. - Reviews performance development needs; modifies or improves existing programs or develops new programs to meet those needs. - Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, and other initiatives). - Operations support activities. - Performs other related duties as assigned to support overall organization and team members' development initiatives. **What We are looking for**: - 4+ years of professional experience as an HR professional. - Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources. - Experience as an HR generalist, desirable focused on human development. - Strong problem-solving skills. - Outstanding analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Proficient computer skills...you can type without looking at the keyboard and you know your way around Word, Excel, Google Suite, etc. - You use lists and reminders to make sure things don't slip through the cracks. **Benefits**: - Competitive Salary. - Paid Time Off (vacation, sick leave, maternity and paternity leave, holidays). - 100% remote work. - The ability to work with leading startups and Fortune 500 companies. - Health policy with Sura 100% for you and up to 4 primary family members. - English Classes. - Sodexo food card. - Virtual company events each month. - Ample opportunity for career advancement. - Continuing education opportunities.
