We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the secure and efficient operation of our computer systems and networks. Key Responsibilities: - Configure and maintain software and hardware to ensure identical configurations across all workstations, notebooks, and printers. - Identify vulnerabilities and install patches to prevent security breaches. - Maintain accurate records of commercial software installations and hardware configurations. - Ensure consistent hardware configurations for workstations, notebooks, servers, and printers. - Maintain accurate records of all hardware and mobile devices. - Configure and manage mobile communication and data transfers. - Provide support in case of problems with hardware and software. - Create and maintain documentation of hardware and software configurations. - Familiarize yourself with IT and IT Security guidelines and policies. - Develop and conduct internal training sessions. - Stay up-to-date with existing technologies, including IT-Security. - Monitor and provide on-site Level 1 assistance for local infrastructure such as Networking, Backup, and Servers. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or Network Technology Course. - Advanced English language proficiency (B2 level). - Previous experience working in a helpdesk environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English. - Able to work independently and establish effective working relationships. - Able to work 3 times a week in office in Bogota (Cota).
