Office Management Role We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the administrative activities of our office. This includes managing local and regional logistics, maintaining supplies, coordinating schedules and suppliers, and supporting other staff members. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a productive and professional work environment. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing office policies and procedures to improve efficiency. This role requires strong organizational and time-management skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, and familiarity with office management software is an asset. Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day office operations - Serve as the point of contact for office-related issues - Coordinate office meetings, events, and appointments - Maintain office equipment and arrange for necessary repairs or replacements - Develop and implement office policies and procedures - Assist with onboarding new employees - Manage budgets for office-related expenses - Oversee mail and shipping logistics - Support executives and other team members with administrative tasks - Knowledge of industry trends and best practices concerning warehouse safety, supply chain management, and inventory control procedures - Responsible for providing parts data analysis to the operations and customer service teams - Responsible for cash receipts and payments, bank settlements, and related accounts - Able to communicate with people and complete job tasks effectively - Knowledgeable in performing computer skills such as in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Excel Requirements: - Proven experience as an Office Manager, Logistics Professional, Administrative Manager, or similar role - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Familiarity with office management software - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity - Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field - Preferred fluent spoken and written English - Good communication skills, logical communication, and sensitivity to data - Preferably with ≥ 5 years of experience - Relevant overseas business experience is preferred Benefits: - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunities for career growth and development - Collaborative and dynamic work environment Others: - This is a full-time position - Associate level - Administrative and Supply Chain - Medical Equipment Manufacturing
