As an Identity Analyst within the Digital Workplace Identity Team, you will support project delivery, provide training to 1st line support, and manage some 3rd line escalations. You must be an Identity SME preferably certified with excellent communication skills in English and the ability to work with a multi-national team to ensure successful product rollouts. You will support a diverse user base across 50+ countries covering office locations, manufacturing sites, and remote users operating as part of an international team for complex projects. This role involves resolving identity issues promptly, proactive improvements, and maintaining a customer-first mindset. You will be part of a globally distributed support team providing identity stack support for projects, employees, technical teams, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Monitoring adherence to corporate policies to identify potential risks - Supporting leadership in coordinating Digital Workplace and Identity initiatives - Supporting Enterprise Architecture in identity-related topics - Managing licenses and maintaining related documentation - Handling end-user licensing and resolving licensing issues - Tracking compliance reporting and addressing non-compliances - Administering software license assignments and deactivations - Tracking contract renewal dates and supporting renewal processes - Updating logs, preparing reports, and submitting to management - Managing user profiles - Familiarity with OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML protocols - Managing user authentication and authorization - Proven background in identity and access management - Troubleshooting identity issues at organizational and technical levels - End-to-end troubleshooting of authentication and authorization - Knowledge of software licensing principles and country-specific differences - Understanding compliance reporting - Knowledge of Okta, Active Directory, Azure AD, Azure B2C, IAM, Privileged Access Management, Identity Governance, MS Office, ITIL, ServiceNow, Confluence, Jira - Experience with licensing of major vendors (Microsoft, Okta, Sailpoint, Delinea, etc...) - Supporting vendor audits - Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills - Strong customer and business focus - Problem-solving abilities to resolve issues efficiently Education/Qualifications: - At least 3 years of IT experience preferably in a regulated multinational environment - Experience with identity technology stacks is advantageous - Certifications in Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, or Okta are a plus - Experience with Privilege Access Management is beneficial - Experience with service portals for license management - Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint - Strong communication skills both written and oral
