This is a hybrid role and will require the individual to work onsite** 3 days a week at the client in Bogota.** We are looking for individuals that have** 5+ years of experience in a client facing, High Volume** Full cycle recruiting position. Experience recruiting in **Finance, Insurance, Administration, and Accounting is a must have.**Strong stakeholder management experience is a must have. Experience with the ATS system **Workday**is ideal. Experience and proficiency in Power BI is a nice to have. **Key Accountabilities**: - High Volume full cycle recruitment in Finance, Insurance, Admin, and Accounting. - Experience of developing and delivering end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to meet client requirements. - Expert in behavioral / competency-based interviewing. - Experience of working to and achieving demanding targets, ratios and SLAs. - Experience of producing business orientated management information. - Able to demonstrate a broader understanding of the client's business and strategies and how they influence AMS Service Delivery. - Able to act autonomously, potentially responsible for own business areas on a standalone basis. - Thorough understanding of legislation affecting area of work (e.g. age discrimination, employment risks for contractors). - Understanding of legislation affecting area of work (e.g. age discrimination, employment risks for contractors). **Skills & Experience**: - Bilingual in both English and Spanish is a must have - **Portuguese is a nice to have**: - 5+ years of experience in High Volume full cycle recruiting specifically in Finance, Insurance, Administration, or Accounting is ideal. - Ability to work onsite at the client 3 days a week in Bogota, Colombia. - Experience recruiting in a client facing role with strong stakeholder management is a must have. - Experience utilizing the ATS system Workday is a must have - Experience with Linked In Recruiter is a must have - Experience with Power BI is a nice to have **Other**: Every one of us plays a pivotal role in our success, whether engaging directly with clients or shaping the value we add behind the scenes.
