Job Summary The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all facility maintenance, critical systems, and plant-wide support. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement plans to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities - Develop the strategic direction and goals of the facilities department. - Maintain action plans to meet identified objectives and monitor performance towards achieving goals. - Direct facility maintenance, critical systems, and plant-wide support. - Implement measures to reduce equipment downtime and improve equipment performance. - Ensure critical systems operate properly and meet regulatory requirements. - Manage maintenance and facility engineering personnel. - Support security of the building and grounds. - Support EHS programs and drive energy and waste reduction initiatives. Requirements - Licentiate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Field Related. - 10+ years of experience in similar positions. - Desired knowledge: Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and clean room areas, AutoCad, Computerized preventive maintenance.
