Senior Staffing Analyst (Talent Acquisition) at BairesDev We are looking for a Senior Staffing Analyst (Talent Acquisition) to join our Recruiting team, leading short and long-term projects. We seek proactive, dynamic team players with excellent organizational skills, accustomed to handling multiple tasks, and with keen attention to detail. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals eager to grow in one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry! What You Will Do: Execute the staffing strategy for the company's openings. Accurately gather information related to the profile and requirements of the openings. Collaborate with the Recruiting team to identify candidates for various openings. Present candidates to clients and team leads. Work with Operations and Client Services to identify potential account opportunities. Propose improvements to staffing and recruiting processes. What We Are Looking For: Proven analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and effective prioritization and multitasking abilities. Degree in Business, Systems, HR, or related fields. Over 3 years of experience in Staffing or Project Management. At least 1 year of experience in IT Recruitment (a plus). Advanced proficiency in English.
