WE ARE LOKING FOR A SALES EXECUTIVE Identify and prospect potential clients in need of freight transportation services. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and concerns. Present freight solutions and negotiate contracts to secure new business opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams, such as operations and dispatch, to ensure smooth execution of services. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market dynamics. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports to clients. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including contacts, contracts, and revenue. Responsibilities: - Client Acquisition: Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and meetings to expand the company's client base. - Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. - Customer Support: Addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service to maintain a positive client experience. - Sales Reporting: Preparing sales reports, tracking performance metrics, and setting sales targets to monitor progress and achieve goals. Team Collaboration Skills and qualifications - English is a MUST - C1 - Communication Skills: Ability to convey information clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing. - Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Expertise in managing and nurturing client relationships. - Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiating deals and terms with clients and partners. - Sales Strategy and Planning: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans. - Time Management: Efficiently managing time and prioritizing tasks to meet sales targets and deadlines. - Problem-Solving Skills: Quickly identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the sales process. - Adaptability Conditions: - Must have VISA - Must have the availability to travel 2 or 3 times a year for 2 weeks - Must have experience as a SALES EXECUTIVE WITH AMERICAN MARKET - 6 MONTHS OR MORE / Experience in transportation brokerage / experience in logistics companies.
