Program Manager + ITIL + Advanced English We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to oversee the successful execution of programs, ensuring they align with organizational goals, manage resources, and maintain stakeholder communication. About this role This is a hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 6am/7am to 3pm/4pm or 10/11am to 7pm/8pm. We work alongside teams in India (therefore, we offer a 24/7 service) Key responsibilities - Strategic Alignment: Ensure the program aligns with the organization's overall strategic goals and long-term vision. - Program Planning and Management: Develop and manage the program plan, including scope, budget, timeline, and resources. - Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources (people, budget, equipment) across multiple projects within the program. - Inter-Project Coordination: Manage the interdependencies between projects within the program to ensure smooth execution and avoid conflicts. - Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that could impact the program's success. - Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project managers, team members, and senior management, to keep them informed and engaged. - Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track program progress, identify issues, and report on performance to stakeholders. - Quality Assurance: Ensure that program deliverables meet quality standards and expectations. - Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues that arise during the program's execution. Requirements - Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience as a Program Manager. - Experience in the infrastructure area. - IT Operations (ITIL) - Advanced English. What we offer - Permanent contract.
