Job Description We are seeking a Support Contract and Project Administrator to: Control, review, release, and close transactions entered by Services in SAP, ensuring correct invoicing. Support the Customer Care team in Techconnect billing and HYB contracts. Follow-up and control of the DMR report to monitor billing of contracts according to internal procedures. Review, validate, and release Contracts/Projects and service confirmations. Generate final quotations for field service. Analyze and follow up on billing blocks reports. Follow the OME process for new contracts and TechConnect contracts in ProMs. Review Fixed Price and Profitability reports, and validate Shipments COPA. Coordinate with the CSM Management team on business review explanations. Manage SAP entries for credit notes, CMRs, and hours for Mexico. Review billing and aging reports, and ensure timely invoice generation. Interface with Sales, Finance, Proposals, Tax, and Controllership, as well as distributors and customers. Collaborate with GEBS on activity transfers. Skills, Knowledge, Experience, and Education Bachelor's degree in administration, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent. ERP knowledge, especially SAP. Proficiency in English is preferred. At least two years of related experience. Temperament Energetic, motivated, and open to new approaches. Adaptable, proactive, and problem-solving. Courageous in sharing viewpoints. Analytical with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Factors of Complexity Teamwork and communication skills.
