Job Opportunity This critical role plays a vital part in our evolving business strategy by continuously monitoring global customer exposures to prevent financial losses and manage risk. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor 24/7 global customer exposures to prevent financial losses. - Inform senior managers of urgent issues promptly. - Follow established escalation procedures and precedents. - Coordinate with customers on open settlement positions. - Participate in process improvement initiatives. - Conduct ad hoc analytics and collaborate with data specialists. - Assist in preparing CRM-related reports. - Propose process enhancements and automation opportunities. About You: - Hold a graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, or finance. - Experience in credit risk assessment and/or financial statement analysis is desirable. - Demonstrate accuracy, self-motivation, accountability, and a sense of urgency. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good interpersonal skills. - Willingness to work varied shifts if required.
