Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate is eager to grow in their accounting career, possesses strong analytical skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports Assist in month-end and year-end close processes Support the preparation of tax filings and compliance requirements Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies Assist senior accountants with audits, forecasting, and budgeting Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 1+ years of accounting experience preferred (internships count!)
