The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the full AI product lifecycle, from conception and prototyping to deployment, scaling, and continuous iteration. With a strong strategic mindset and expertise in the latest AI trends and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) technologies, the candidate will excel at balancing technical execution with user-centered design and business growth objectives. Additionally, the candidate should have experience leading DevOps, Backend, and Fullstack Engineering teams, ensuring the efficient integration of infrastructure, development of robust systems, and continuous deployment of AI solutions. Work on constant iterations to improve the accuracy of predictions and simulations. Lead Data, Backend, Fullstack, and DevOps Teams: Coordinate and guide a multidisciplinary team of Data Scientists, Backend Engineers, Fullstack Engineers, and DevOps, ensuring alignment with the product strategy. Implement best practices in software development, infrastructure, and AI model monitoring. Facilitate the integration of models with internal platforms and APIs.
