Reporting to the Application Manager, a **Sr. Application Specialist for our Savory Applications group in Bogota, Colombia** has a primary role to prepare flavored food products for customer projects, presentations and research projects and to maintain flavor data and recipe documentation for food products. **Technical Expertise**: Maintain the flavor performance data for the flavor portfolio through evaluation in finished product and capture of profiles. Support tasting sessions and presentations to customers/visitors. **Laboratory Excellence**: Maintain a safe, clean and organized lab environment observing EH&S; policies.
