You'll create Python-based solutions, integrate database systems, and automate workflows that transform how our moving business operates. This isn't about using pre-built tools; it's about building the tools ourselves. Core Responsibilities: AI-Assisted Application Development (40%) Build custom applications using AI development tools like Claude, Cursor, and Replit. Write production-ready Python code for business applications, from data processing scripts to customer-facing tools. Develop APIs and microservices that connect our various systems. Create intelligent features using LLMs and AI models integrated into our applications. Database Architecture & Integration (25%) Design and implement database schemas for new applications. Connect backend systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) to front-end applications. Build data pipelines that feed our analytics and reporting systems. Ensure data integrity and optimize query performance across multiple databases. Debugging & System Maintenance (20%) Troubleshoot and fix issues in Python applications and other AI-generated code. Review and refactor AI-assisted code for production deployment. Monitor application performance and resolve bottlenecks. Maintain documentation for all custom-built systems. Work Environment: Remote telecommuting position requiring reliable internet, a dedicated workspace free from distractions, and regular virtual meetings.
