Solution Owner Medellín, Antioquia , Costa Rica About project As a Solution Owner, you will be on the front lines of delivery, leading complex work focused on impactful business outcomes for our key clients. In this role, you will be a day-to-day delivery leader embedded with our highly skilled teams of experts, engaging with clients to partner on prioritization, backlog management, and planning, and accountable for successful project & program management. Our Solution Owners are specializing generalists, able to flex into new roles as required, and always acquiring new skills. You may come from an engineering, design, or project management background and will most certainly leverage the special skills & experiences you’ve acquired throughout your career. A firm understanding and appreciation for consultative selling, account planning, and alliance partnerships is a huge plus, as are certifications from partners such as AWS, GCP, and Microsoft. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, focusing on client communication and delivery management - Partner with clients to define requirements, manage priorities, and ensure delivery outcomes align with business goals - Lead projects through discovery, execution, and delivery phases - Participate in pre-sales activities - Guide internal and client teams through Agile ceremonies and ensure alignment with product vision - Apply Provectus Delivery Framework (PDF) and promote AI adoption in customer projects - Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and architects to drive value creation and project growth Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or related roles, demonstrating the ability to define strategy, manage roadmaps, and deliver impactful products - Proven expertise across all phase of the SDLC (IT background is a strong plus) - Experience working with technical teams and Agile methodologies - Proven client-facing experience with ability to engage C-level stakeholders - Strong communication, consulting, and strategic thinking skills - English proficiency: C1/C2 level Nice-to-Have: - Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure (certifications are a strong plus) - Experience in AI/ML-related projects or personal use of AI tools - Consulting background or mindset What We Offer: - Fully remote setup - Comprehensive private medical insurance or budget for your medical needs. - Paid sick leave, vacation, public holidays - Continuous learning support, including unlimited AWS certification sponsorship Required Skill Profession Healthcare Diagnosing Or Treating Practitioners
