This position is great for anyone experienced working in an administrative or coordinator position in an office job, whether remote or not. In this role, you will continually find ways to help the client service associate by doing parts of their job that you have learned. In turn, the client service associates will be helping you to learn parts of their job so you can assist them. The client service associate is the main contact with clients and our advisors, as well as the main coordinator for everything the client wants to get done. Your job is to help the client service advisor with various tasks, which include listening to meeting notes, preparing email follow-ups, organizing files, updating data, and finding new ways to assist. This work will require learning our company software, which is built on Microsoft. You will be expected to keep learning about the company's services and how we deliver them, understand our company processes and systems, and continue forging your own career path within the company. Using good teamwork skills is very important in our company. The company provides financial services such as financial advising, insurance, legal, and tax services to medical doctors and their families in the USA.
