Environment: Colombian and International Teams Language: Advanced English Full-Time - (Full-Time) - 9:00am - 6:00pm PST Salary Offer: Up to $5.000.000 COP Job Overview: As a Sales Lead Generation and Business Development Specialist focused on franchise expansion, your primary responsibility will be to identify, research, and reach out to franchisee candidates in key market areas. Your goal will be to initiate contact and secure meetings with potential franchisees as the initial phases of the sales process. You will play a critical role in expanding the company’s franchise network and growing the brand nationwide. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in lead generation, business development, or sales, preferably with experience in franchising or within a service-oriented business. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to initiate contact and establish rapport with business owners. Fluent in English (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with a diverse group of business owners. Experience with CRM systems and managing outreach campaigns. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Hours worked should be Pacific or Mountain time to support the key market areas of expansion. Experience with franchise sales or floral industry knowledge is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify existing floral businesses in target market areas that align with the company’s franchise expansion strategy. Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage with potential franchisees, including cold outreach via phone and email. Perform initial reach out to secure meetings with startup leads that have been provided through various marketing channels. Facilitate lead qualification meetings with potential franchisees with the goal of moving them forward to next phase of the sales process. Maintain detailed records of lead generation activities and progress in the CRM system, ClientTether. Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and refine outreach materials tailored to franchise prospects. Meet and exceed monthly lead generation targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to franchise outreach. Support the Sales Manager in preparing for various candidate meetings (for example, prepare brand presentations) Support the Franchise Sales team on projects as needed Key Metrics for Success: Number of qualified florist leads generated per month.
