About the Opportunity We are seeking a seasoned Canada HR Operations Manager to join our team at Reworld Solutions, Llc. As an important member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing HR operations across our Canadian locations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, with experience in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development. You will be responsible for building effective relationships with our facility managers, corporate HR COEs, payroll, and benefits teams to drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Manage HR operations across Canadian locations - Provide guidance to facility managers on employee relations best practices - Drive recruitment efforts within assigned facilities - Partner with regional Talent Acquisition on recruitment strategies - Build partnerships with local communities, universities, and vocational schools to source talent - Guide managers in compensation, compliance, talent development, succession planning, performance management, retention strategies, and general HR practices Requirements: - 5+ years of relevant HR business partner/generalist experience - Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field - Masters degree preferred - Bi-lingual in French/English required - Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills - Proficient with MS Office and HRIS systems - Strong analytical and problem-solving ability - Knowledge of employment/labor law and progressive HR practices
