Junior Associate Inside Service Sales Rep– Service Sales The Associate Inside Service Sales is an experienced professional, integral part of the Juniper Americas service sales team responsible to maintain and grow customer accounts by proactive and complete management and renewal of expiring service agreements. Position involves identification of expiring agreements, proactive delivery of renewal quotes, managing renewal negotiation process, and obtaining purchase orders to renew the support. In addition to this process, candidates will provide ongoing customer and partner support as needed. Inside Service Sales Associates will work closely with field facing service sales reps to achieve targeted sales results. Responsibilities: - Partners with SBM and field sales in driving attainment of assigned team quota, primarily for maintenance renewals - Responsible to make direct contact with customers, partners and distributors as needed to ensure timely receipt of renewal purchase orders - Assists with sales/SBM-led deals by providing quote and process support - Manages sales achievement forecast in Salseforce.com - Interacts with various related teams to ensure positive customer experience; case resolution, database/entitlement management, problem resolution, general inquiries - Attends regular status-update field sales team meetings to ensure service business information is received or disseminated on a timely basis - Ensures timely response to all inquiries as well as providing regular status updates to customers, sales teams and partners - Responsible to help manage customer’s install base data in Juniper systems to ensure accurate inventory data and well as sales and service delivery support Preferred Skills/Experience - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, with at least 2 years of service business or sales experience. - 3+ years Sales or Customer Service experience providing service business support as part of a sales team - Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to organize and work on multiple projects - Demonstrated financial, operational, analytical, and decision making skills - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
