The Site Manager will: - Serve as the single point of contact for all contractor support activities on a daily basis. - Provide supervision to accomplish the FOL-BOS support requirements to include but not limited to Facilities/Equipment maintenance and repairs; Grounds Maintenance; Housekeeping/Janitorial Services; Material Cargo Movement; and Billeting and Facility Oversight. - Provide effective site management services, leadership for contractor personnel, and be responsible for the execution of all contracted site activities. Provide administrative support to include but not limited to: - Translation of correspondence from English to Spanish or Spanish to English, and the preparation, distribution and processing of documents with the CACOM 2 Command Group. - Assist with arriving US personnel, VIPs, vendors and other visitors requiring access to Apiay and US facilities. - Prepare and distribute UNCLASSIFIED Situational Report (SITREP) - Provide Property Accountability and Logistics Support in coordination with SCO Colombia PBO - Conduct regular coordination with local Apiay Base command **Required Skills**: Facilities Management, English/Spanish proficient, Management Required Experience - US Citizenship with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a Supervisory/Management capacity - Minimum of 4 years of background experience in a facility/equipment maintenance and base operations support - Bi-lingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write Spanish at a 2/Level 2+ proficiency level. - Secret clearance.
