Job Title: Trilingual Spanish, English, and Portuguese Language Support Center Analyst Job Description: The Language Support Center Analyst will create a supportive learning environment to help students meet their learning goals. They will teach reading, writing, and speaking skills in English and Portuguese, oversee student progress by tracking grades, and provide feedback. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering classroom, blended, and virtual training on language skills, communication, and industry vocabulary, using adult learning and accelerated techniques. Collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Training & Quality, and Operations teams is essential to support language upskilling and other departmental needs. Responsibilities: Facilitate classroom and blended learning trainings using diverse instructional techniques. Present training materials through various methods including demonstrations and activities. Observe students and operations to identify gaps and design interventions. Organize lectures and coursework. Achieve individual training performance metrics. Prepare training materials and activities. Engage students to maintain a lively classroom atmosphere. Instruct students on language structure, rules, and composition. Monitor student progress and adapt methods as needed. Maintain accurate student records. Participate in stakeholder meetings with relevant teams. Perform other duties such as translations, support with local projects, etc. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university. Minimum 1 year of experience teaching English and Portuguese. Proficiency in English (C1), Portuguese (C1), and Spanish (C1). Basic coaching skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Quick learner and adaptable to new technologies. Excellent problem-solving skills.
